FAQ
What happens if there are delays due to venue/access? If check-in, badges, booth access, or approvals are delayed, the 90-minute window starts once access to the shooting location is actually granted. Output is delivered within the remaining time window. Additional time can be added as overtime (subject to availability). Delivery timelines are based on final ingest/wrap.
Can we extend the time window? Yes—if on-site capacity is available. Extensions are booked as an add-on (e.g., +30 / +60 min.) and billed as overtime based on scope. If you expect more coverage (e.g., multiple scenes/stakeholders), we recommend upgrading to Core Coverage.
Can we book additional exports/language versions? Yes. Additional exports (e.g., extra formats/platform cuts, subtitles, DE/EN versions) are scoped add-ons. Quick Coverage includes the standard export for web/social; anything beyond that is quoted separately.
