Can we add extra exports/language versions? Yes — additional formats, language versions, or variants (e.g., extra cuts) can be booked as add-ons.
Can we get the raw footage/files? Optional and scope-based (by agreement in the quote).
How are usage rights handled? Usage rights for marketing & internal communication within the agreed scope. Speaker releases follow the client process or can be arranged by agreement.
