What happens if there are delays due to venue/access? If check-in/badges/booth access/approvals are delayed, the capture window shifts accordingly. Delivery timing starts after final wrap/ingest.
Can we book additional exports/language versions? Yes — additional formats, subtitles, and DE/EN versions are scoped add-ons.
Can we upgrade to Sprint/Express? Yes — if timing/approval flow allows. SLA starts after wrap/ingest; scope stays as agreed.
