Procurement FAQ (B2B Event Video & Photography)

Procurement-ready answers on scope, usage rights, releases, delivery SLAs, data handling, and typical workflows for trade fairs, conferences, and corporate events.

Procurement Essentials

Scope & Deliverables

Deliverables are package-defined (e.g., photo or video, on-site time window, standard export). Additional deliverables, formats, subtitles, and language versions are scoped add-ons.

SLA & Delivery Windows

Delivery is time-boxed (Standard / Express / Same-Day). SLA timing starts after final wrap/ingest. Same-Day: delivery by 21:00, provided wrap/ingest is completed by 16:00. Venue/access delays shift the on-site time window accordingly and may push wrap/ingest later.

Usage Rights & Releases

Usage rights for marketing and internal communications apply within the agreed scope. For interviews, we use a standardized release/approval process aligned with your internal workflow.

Data Handling & Handover

Handover via time-limited download link or client storage by agreement. Raw footage is optional and scope-based. Data access, storage location, and responsibilities are aligned per project.

On-site Workflow & Collaboration

Short briefing → on-site capture → selection/edit → delivery. A point of contact and venue access/accreditation are required. Brand/CI references are optional but speed up selection and approvals.

Pricing, Add-ons & Billing

Pricing is package-based. Add-ons (overtime, travel, extra edits, additional exports) are scoped and confirmed before execution.
