Context
MPE Berlin is a relationship-driven payments conference where the event’s value is concentrated in senior conversations and follow-up. For a payments analytics and advisory firm like TSG, the goal was event-specific imagery that was brand-safe, professional, and available during the live event window.

Objective
To provide the TSG marketing team with a curated, multi-format asset library designed for two phases:

 

  • Real-Time Engagement: Same-day highlights to maintain visibility while the conference was live.

  • • Strategic Follow-Up: Credible, event-specific visual assets to support post-event follow-up workflows, including recaps and outreach sequences.

Approach
We operated as a marketing-first capture unit, prioritizing utility and brand alignment over generic event coverage:

 

  • Low-Impact Documentation: Fly-on-the-wall coverage to capture authentic senior-level networking and session context without interrupting high-value conversations.

  • B2B-Ready Composition: Intentional framing with clean backgrounds and usable negative space, keeping assets layout-ready for text overlays and common templates.

  • Rapid Curation Workflow: An on-site curation pipeline to shorten the gap between capture and publication during the live event window.

Delivery

• Volume: ~150 curated, edited photographs (marketing-ready).
• Speed: Priority selects delivered within hours for immediate deployment.
• Asset Utility: Exports built for internal marketing workflows:

– High-Resolution: For whitepapers, decks, and print.

– Pre-Built Crops: Aspect ratios (1:1, 16:9, 9:16) prepared to reduce internal design time.
