ILA Berlin is a high-profile, access-controlled environment—shaped by international delegations and elevated protocol. The 2018 edition included political presence on opening day by then-Chancellor Angela Merkel, reflecting strict on-site security and operational procedures.
Within these constraints, Midday Film Productions operated a complex technical setup with a non-invasive workflow. Mobile teams and the editing hub worked in disciplined coordination, capturing key moments without disrupting official procedures or booth operations.
