At bautec Berlin, the strategic challenge was making a complex Plug & Play construction process legible to high-level decision-makers. Developers, urban planners, finance stakeholders, and strategic partners required credible signals of feasibility, scalability, and market demand for climate-positive housing.
 

The Objective: Production as a Strategic Instrument

For this engagement, video and photography were not deployed as passive event coverage, but as deliberate tools to:

  • Attract & Support Qualification Conversations: Facilitate engagement with senior stakeholders on-site.
